Short description

A proposal for a five-star resort in Crete, developed in collaboration with WATG London as lead designer, with Archiplus serving as local architect.

The masterplan responds to the island’s topography and coastal landscape, organizing guest accommodation in clusters that maximize privacy, views and environmental orientation. Public areas are positioned to frame the horizon and prevailing winds, reinforcing a strong connection to place.

The project includes an extensive thalassotherapy and wellness center, conceived as a contemporary sanctuary centered on seawater-based therapies, along with a Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course carefully integrated into the natural terrain.

The proposal balances guest experience, operational clarity and long-term asset value, establishing a refined Mediterranean destination of international standard.
