Archiplus Architects & Associates is responsible for the full architectural design of a 5-star resort in the Monastiraki Valtos area of Parga. The project is progressing through three design stages: Concept Design, Preliminary Study, and Final Design for permitting. The resort masterplan includes the integration of luxury accommodation buildings, communal spaces, and supporting infrastructure, designed with sensitivity to the site’s natural and cultural context. Coordination with the Ministry of Culture and submission to planning authorities are part of the deliverables, including fire safety and accessibility studies.
