Archiplus Architects & Associates is responsible for the architectural, structural, and electromechanical studies for the expansion of an existing development in Thermi. The project involves the revision of a previously issued building permit (O.A. 776510/2023) to incorporate the addition of a new two-story industrial building with basement, dedicated to the production of alcoholic beverages, and the registration of a new tenant entity. The scope includes concept and detailed design, permit documentation, and support drawings for cost estimation. The proposal integrates functional industrial architecture with efficient layout planning tailored to operational workflows.
